Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak shopping periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5 – 10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6 – 13 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status at any time from the My Orders page in your account.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Free Shipping
All orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
